摘要
The success of technological innovation is judged by the ultimate performance of the products on the market. Therefore, analysis in technological innovation from the market angle is of special significance. The market risks of the technological are divided into two parts, the deferred risks and the innate market risky. So, this essay develops an evaluation index system about the market risk within technological innovation by the Component Analysis Method, and by means of BP Neutral Networks, we can get each index's constant weight value and evaluate the innovation risks. Variable weight theory is introduced here to analyze the deferred risk's weight, and then the neutral network is used for another time to get the deferred risk value.
