摘要
Phytochemical investigation of the stem bark of Erythrophleum suaveolens yielded four new cassane diterpenoids; 6 alpha-hydroxy-cassamic acid, methyl ester, 4 beta-carbomethoxy-14-methyltotarol, 6 alpha-hydroxy-nor-cassamine, and 8,9-dehydro-nor-cassamine, along with four known cassane diterpenoids. All structures were elucidated on the basis of one-and two-dimensional NMR, HRMS and ESIMS analysis. (C) 2015 Phytochemical Society of Europe. Published by Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
