摘要:
The change in global climate due to increased concentration of greenhouse gases is discussed. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change of the World Meteorological Organization has projected that by the year 2100, the global temperature will increase by 1.4 to 5.8° C. It is reported that the US Global Change Research Program has already completed a preliminary assessment on the consequences of climate change for 16 regions of the country and four economic sectors.
