Slow-Light Waveguide Structure Using Coupled Bragg Grating Resonators on Thin-Film Lithium Niobate

摘要
We demonstrate a slow-light waveguide structure using coupled Bragg grating resonators on thin-film lithium niobate, exhibiting small footprint of similar to 100 mu m(2), large 1dB bandwidth of 4.3nm, and large optical group index of 6.5.
