摘要：
Angioplasty of left main coronary artery stenosis with stent implantation in left main and anterior interventricular arteries was carried out in 7 patients. In 5 patients standard methods were used while in 2 patients original technique developed in the Saratov Institute of Cardiology was employed. in 2 of 5 patients in whom standard method was used attempts to perform angioplasty of the circumflex artery stenosis were not successful.
