摘要：
Postoperative hematoma, edema, and ecchymosis are the most common complications in scrotal surgery. Without proper hemostasis intraoperatively or appropriate scrotal compression postoperatively, significant morbidity, including re-exploration and prolonged convalescence; can occur. The scrotal hitch provides hemostasis, minimizes edema and hematomas, and reaffirms other clinicians' findings.
