摘要：
Disseminated histoplasmosis in a non-immunocompromised patient is rare. The authors report a 55-year-old non-immunocompromised man with a long history of fever and weight loss with unsuccessful anti-tuberculosis treatment. Computer tomography revealed adrenal mass. The biopsy and histological examination of the excised tissue gave the diagnosis of adrenal histoplasmosis. Antifungal treatment based on ketoconazole was successful.
