摘要
This article talks about the ozone layer and the ozone-depleting chemicals like hydrochlorofluorocarbons which can also affect the climate causing global warming. Scientists have tightened the rules in the Montreal Protocol, restricting the use of these chemicals, especially in developing countries thereby protecting both the ozone layer and the climate.
