摘要：
This paper is concerned with the solutions of polynomial matrix equations under the restriction that all coefficients can be simultaneously transformed to the upper triangular form. An efficient method for solving polynomial matrix equations is presented and comparisons between this algorithm and some others methods currently available are made. The effects of rounding errors are also discussed.
