摘要
This paper introduces a high-precision memory hicorder based on embedded SoC, which can accurately measure amplitude, frequency etc, and record measurement results and waveform of the signal. ADC data windowed and filtered before the FFT can be more accurately calculated the amplitude of the signal, the equal-precision frequency measurement module ca n accurately measure the signal frequency. The storage solutions based on LXI's high-performance can transfer and save many channels waveform data in real time. The memory hicorder system depended on this method works accurately, stably, and high integrity, with a wide application.
