Long pulse performance with the LHCD system on Tore-Supra

摘要：
High power and energy performance have been achieved by the Tore-Supra Lower Hybrid system during the last experimental campaign. Plasma pulses up to 120 s in steady state conditions with a power density up to 24 MW/m(2) were obtained. A combination of feedback controls of the LH and plasma parameters have also been used to investigate long pulse and current profile control operating scenarios.
