摘要
in this paper, I introduces a control system of automatic detection line for bearing parts. The detection line is mainly used to detect the parameters of the inner ring and outer ring of y bearings before assembly. The detection line control system is mainly composed of ABB robot automatic feeding system, truss manipulator handling system, detection platform system and SPC software system, which realizes the functions of automatic feeding, transporting, detecting and offline products. This detection line is successfully applied to the pre-installation inspection of bearings in a large bearing factory, which improved the assembly quality of products, ensured the qualified rate of products and improved the core competitiveness of products
