Developing the Blueprint of Knowledge Management based E-learning for SMEs and Community

In the current deplorable economic environment, entrepreneurship had been proven to be a savior of the nation's economy. There is no doubt about the role of SMEs in economic growth in Indonesia. Previously, there was a positive relationship between training to productivity and quality. However, lack of resources, time, cost, and planning could be an obstacle for SMEs entrepreneur to carry out training. Knowledge management-based e-learning is a way to face those obstacles. The purpose of this paper is to maximize community service activities in university. The output of this activity is an application that can be utilized by SMEs and the community. There are design document templates to create blueprints: Idea Specifications, Standard Course Features, Design Strategies, Media Standards, and Team Management with the approaches taken are Observation, Literature studies, and Documentation.
