摘要
The changes in the chemical composition of nursery soil as a result of watering in the nursery were examined. Ectomycorrhizal fungal potential colonization was studied on roots of one-year old Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) seedlings growing in three different treatments of watering. The highest ectomycorrhizal colonization was found on the seedlings which were grown in a "wet" treatment (0.2-0.5 MPa - average compartment of soil water tension)) and where the soil characterized the lowest content of nitrogen. In a "dry" treatment (0.01-0.1 MPa) content of nitrogen was the highest and frequency of ectomycorrhizas was at the low level. In this treatment only two ectomycorrhizal types on roots were observed, whereas in a "routine" (0.5-1.2 MPa) and the "wet" treatments ectomycorrhizas belonged to four different types.
