It is well known that vertebrates except mammalian have nucleus in Red Blood Cell (RBC), while mammalian do not have nucleus in RBC. The goal of this article is to discuss how the enucleation affects to our brain activity, especially from the deformability viewpoint under no nucleus. Finally, this article provides a hypothesis where there should be a positive correlation between the deformability of RBC and brain activity.
