摘要
The coordinated development of industrialization and the ecological environment is vital to achieve ecological civilization in China. Integratively considering the economy, energy and resources, and environment, this study takes the effective data of 29 provincial capital cities in China as a sample between 2012 and 2016, then the industrial eco-efficiency of 29 provincial capital cities in China was measured and exponentially decomposed using SBM model and Malmquist index method considering relaxation variables. This paper empirically analyzes the industrial eco-efficiency of China's urban industry from the three dimensions of time, region and provincial capital cities, and analyzes the natural sources of industrial eco-efficiency of provincial capitals through Malmquist index decomposition, and analyzes its influencing factors through Tobit regression model and proposes relevant suggestions.
