摘要
The work presents the parametric study to assess the printability of pure metal on Ni-sheets using Electrochemical Additive Manufacturing (ECAM) process. Layer-by-layer linear profiles are printed using an in-house developed ECAM setup. The effect of printing parameters, i.e., nozzle orifice diameter (d(n)), printing time (t(n)), and traverse speed of nozzle (s(n)) on the profile dimensions (width and height), is studied. Results indicate the stability of features as nozzle size varies from higher to lower dimension, allowing easy formation of minuscule at its tip. The average profile width varied between 195.8 mu m and 2401.4 mu m, and profile height between 2.56 mu m and 30.46 mu m.
