Systematc, rules-based investment strategies are where academia and practce are currently interacting strongly. My objectve in this editorial is to offer some thoughts on research on systematc investing, including three artcles in this issue, that can provide signifcant practcal benefts for academics, practtoners, and investors alike. © 2017 CFA Institute.
