摘要
A variety of concepts exist to adequately educate and train EMTs, Paramedics and Emergency Physicians. The different EMS require emphasis on different focusses. Nevertheless recommendations for uniform training programms in comparable systems at least throughout Europe should be tried to work out as they are in the interest of everybody responsibly involved in emergency medicine. Furthermore, the performance and practice of these training programmes should be medically supervised and the aquired skills and capabilities be evaluated by a recognised organisation in order to guaranty comparable qualifications of EMTs,Paramedics and Emergency physicians who have undergone comparable training programms,if possible on a European basis. This could be a joint task of EUSEM and the ERC.
