摘要
Titanium metal and alloys are widely used as materials implanted. Due to the natural film of titanium oxide on titanium surface it stands against corrosion and is considered to be bioinert material. Cohesive resistance of this film as well as its strength is not high. Titanium and alloys are put on oxidation for the purpose to obtain the film with appropriate durability and dielectric properties. When implanting the titanium implants covered by film they can't be tightly bonded to the living bone because of mechanical adhesion. Electrochemical process of oxidizing results in the layer of titanium oxide ranged from 5 to 50 mum and provides the possibility of a film properties controlling. The study shows that the covering of the implant with another layer calcium and phosphorus containing provides the surface with bioactivity property as well as bioinductivity. Bioactive properties and also durability as well as thickness of the coating are controlled by the parameters of the electrochemical process. Combination and concentration of the solutions and following treatment ways make also for bioactive properties.
