摘要：
Spontaneous intracranial hypotension is a rare syndrome associated with postural cephalalgia and low pressure of the cerebrospinal fluid. We report the ease of a 45 years-old man with spontaneous intracranial hypotension with MRI diffuse meningeal enhancement.
