Applicability of new inspection technologies and numerical analysis by 3D measurement for damaged RCT bridge and cutting girder

摘要
In this paper, it was mainly described the applicability of new inspection technologies developed in SIP to the actual bridges. The actual bridge is a severely damaged RCT bridge with a well-maintained inspection record managed by the government, and the inspection results obtained by visual inspection and new technology were compared. In addition, the date obtained by 3D measurement was converted to CAD date and a numerical analysis model for the actual bridge and the cutting girder, and numerical analysis was performed. The results of the above study are shown below. It was found that the measurement method by the new technology can be measured with almost the same accuracy as the result of the visual inspection, and that the measurement by the new technology is possible for the actual bridge. The dimensions were measured using point cloud date obtained from 3D measurement, and it was possible to reduce the cost and labor in drawing for restoration design. Moreover, numerical analysis was able to be performed from the point cloud date from the analysis model including deterioration and damage such as lifting and peeling and rebar exposure of the bridge.
