摘要
This study aims to verify and prove the inclusion of methods of plyometrics developed the power of lower limbs of soccer goalkeepers in the sub-20 Paysandu. The study sample was made with four goalkeepers who were training often with anthropometric measurements, power testing and training programs during the eight-week period. With the data collection done in four-to-four-week period was made calculations (rule of three, BMI, fat% of the calculation) for comparisons in tables and graphs. The result of work the athletes achieved significant improvements in running testes of 20 and 40 m, horizontal thrust, and vertical jump. It was found after searching the evolution of tests after the inclusion of plyometric training with very significant results the three athletes obtained approximately 11%of improvements in tests.
