摘要：
The article develops the effecient economic organizational toolkit of the business processes reengineering for cargo airlines; it includes the corresponding complex of measures and instruments that follow the general theoretical principles of the business processes reengineering and have the ability of quick adaptation to changes and new conditions of the external environment.
