摘要
A simple method was carried out for the post growth assembly of multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT), using the porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane as template and the styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) triblock copolymer as carrier. After removal of the AAO membrane and dissolution of the polymer sheathings, vertically aligned MWNT arrays remained. After a long period of washing, aligned cylindrical nanostrutures with approximately uniform size began to appear. This method required no chemical treatment and was extended to the assembly of SWNTs.
