摘要
The paper presents an overview of several GaAs microwave monolithic integrated circuits designed at the Institute of Electronics Fundamentals intended for applications in various radiocommunication and radar systems and also used in education in MMIC design. Circuits covering frequencies I GHz to 23 GHz and their main features are shown.
