摘要：

The present contribution reports on recent investigations on the development of residual stresses in laser beam welded aluminium alloy sheets. The principal shape of the residual stress curve perpendicular to the weld seam can be described by a model using four different zones. The influence of filler metal and preliminary heat treatment is taken into account as well as the effects of different thermal and mechanical post-treatments.
