摘要
The presented paper is dedicated to the construction of 3D food printer and about the process of building it from the beginning till the stage of the actual result of the printed product. This paper gives the brief review about the history of the 3D printing and in particular food printing, also the main directions of its development in future, the possible implementation areas, as well as the examples of the Kazakhstan experience in this field. In the main part of the paper, one can read about the actual steps, how to start to build own, cost-efficient and easy constructible printer, that has good quality and capabilities to print out the set figures, using the chocolate as the raw material.
