Gasless endoscopic thyroid and parathyroid surgery

Gasless endoscopic thyroid and parathyroid surgery was performed in ten patients using a new retractor. There was no conversion to a conventional method. All patients were discharged uneventfully. The patients were pleased with the superior cosmetic results. Our results showed the feasibility of this technique.
