Duality between ζιn(C) and the degenerate affine Hecke algebra

We construct a family of exact functors from the Bernstein-Gelfand-Gelfand category O of SIn-modules to the category of finite-dimensional representations of the degenerate affine Hecke algebra H-l of GL(l). These functors transform Verma modules to standard modules or zero, and simple modules to simple modules or zero. Any simple H-l module can be thus obtained. (C) 1998 Academic Press.
