摘要：
Eczema, the most frequent skin disease affecting the hands, tends to be recurrent and chronic. Prevention of hand eczema is based on the identification and avoidance of predisposing factors together with the use of protective measures for the hands (moisturizers, gloves). Topical corticosteroids, particularly the highly potent class 1 type, and localized phototherapy (localized PUVA therapy and UVB phototherapy) constitute the first-line treatment in the management of chronic hand eczema (CHE). Alitretinoin is a new treatment which may be indicated in severe CHE not responding to potent topical corticosteroids. (C) 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
