摘要
Quality management is formed by a set of elements. In practice, the degree of implementation of these elements varies from one firm to another, which entails different levels of quality management. The purpose of this research is to study the levels of quality management in certified firms, depending on the degree of implementation of quality management factors, by means of a cluster analysis. We intend to obtain new results that confirm or deny previous findings. The results of our study will allow us to verify whether the most advanced certified firms regarding quality management do have a higher degree of implementation of these elements, and therefore are able to obtain better results.
