摘要
A plug hole shaped reconfigurable microstrip antenna capable of frequency and pattern reconfiguration using photoconductive switches is proposed in this paper. The antenna can be operated at three different frequencies in the range of 2-4GHz. At each frequency, five different radiation patterns are possible. Photo-conductive switches used to obtain reconfiguratibility. The simulation results comprising the return loss and radiation patterns of the proposed antenna are presented.
