摘要
Based on heat conduction equation and thermoelasticity theory, thermal-mechanical coupling model and solution method of finite element are established for aluminium welding. The combination of the experimental measurement and simulation to the welding temperature field is done to achieve selection of the heat source model parameters. The effective heating radius of Gaussian heat source model under the given welding parameters is determined, of which the corresponding results of temperature are inputted for the calculation of welding stress and strain fields. The distribution of welding stress and strain field and the driving force curve of solidification crack are obtained to analyse the tendency of solidification crack under different welding speed and current. The research results provide reference data and foundation for further analysis of the dynamic behaviour of solidification crack.
