摘要
Although anti-cyclic-citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) and anti-mutated citrullinated vimentin (anti-MCV) antibodies are highly sensitive scrological markers for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). These antibodies can also occur in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLF) and in primary Sjogren's syndrome (SS). Of our 115 SLF patients. 21 (18.3%) were anti-MCV and 10(8.7%) anti-CCP positive. Of the 68 SS patients. 10 (14.7%) were anti-MCV and 7 (10.3%) anti-CCP positive. No correlation was observed between the antibody positivity and the organ manifestations. In the 139 RA control patients. anti-CCP positivity was more common (108/139) than anti-MCV positivity (92/139).
