摘要
The paper introduces the meaning of the Customer Value, expatiates that it's inevitability of Auto enterprises to advance competition preponderant by creating Customer Value, and suggests that Auto enterprises could create Customer Value by cultivating loyalty of customer, affording product combination with diversity and high quality, individualize customizing, E-business and so on.
