摘要
As psychological contract plays an important role in human resource management activities, people start to pay more attention to it. This paper aims to find out how to establish a scientific and effective performance psychological contract formation mechanism in real estate enterprises, which will help improve their employees' performance management. Based on these, we explore how to establish good psychological contracts between employees and real estate enterprises. Finally, this paper brings forward performance evaluation and incentive measures in real estate enterprises.
