摘要
In view of the corrosion problem of brazing joints of the Copper and Aluminium (Cu-Al) transition clamp in power transmission practice, the corrosion behavior of clamp brazing joints was studied systemically. The Cu-Al transition clamp brazing joints exposed under salt spray was investigated and the residual strength of the clamp was predicted. The results indicated that the residual strength of the clamp decreased with the increasing of the corrosion time; the shear strength of the clamp is close to the variation tendency of the brazing current. It is illustrated that the conclusion will be useful to the anti-corrosion of the Cu-Al transition clamp brazing joints provided.
