in this paper, The method of GIS built-in MIS in heat-supply pipe network information system is designed First, how to set up and call GIS is briefly introduced; Second, the paper analyzed the link method of GIS and MIS; Lastly, an example of heat-supply pipe network information system is applied to expatiate the realization process of the method of GIS built-in MIS.
