An improved IMM-PF algorithm for target tracking with signal time delay

摘要
A new algorithm is proposed for the multiple measurements target tracking system with signal time delay. This method firstly combines the multiple measurements to a fusion value for updating; secondly it converts the signal time delay problem into the multiple models problem and assigns each subsystem a particle filter. We compare it with the IMM-EKF and the H-infinite filter in the simulation. The result testifies that the algorithm can improve the filtering precision with acceptable cost.
