摘要：
In this paper, we propose a service provisioning model - Web service community. This Web service community supports various types of IT resource management networks, i.e. participant network, service network, and resource network. Those networks help build solutions with service provisioning capabilities in the Web services community. Service provisioning requirements are analyzed. Capabilities of the Web services community to support service provisioning are discussed.
