Research on the Open Technological Innovation of Scientific and Technological Small and Micro Enterprises

Open technological innovation can effectively integrate and utilize internal and external resources, improve innovation efficiency and innovation performance of enterprise. Scientific and technological small and micro enterprises urgently need to carry out open technological innovation because of the small scale and shortage of resources. The key to the success of scientific and technological small and micro enterprises is to choose the right innovation model. To promote the innovation of scientific and technological small and micro enterprises, there is a need to build a public service system with the government as the main body, a technology and talent service system with scientific and technological institutions as the main body, and an intermediary service system with science and technology intermediary service institutions as the main body.
