摘要
Digitalization is an innovation that is important for banking. Digital innovation allows banks to quickly analyze important data and make automated decisions, which increase the quality of customer service and the efficiency of banks. The authors of the paper study and model the efficiency of banking in the context of digitalization on the example of leading Russian banks. The paper identifies the factors of digitalization of banks. The authors develop econometric models of the dependence of the profitability of banks' assets on the factors of digitalization. According to the results of the modelling, the infrastructure of the banking turns out to be less important than indicators of the digitalization, such as the volume of electronic payments, the number of terminals and the number of transactions. The results of the study are important for assessing the effectiveness of banking in the process of digitalization.
