摘要：
Nonlinear wave propagation effects on a resonant tunnel diode nonlinear transmission line are considered. It is shown by computer experiments that this line can be used for short electrical pulses generation as pairs kink-amikink structures, as well as millimeter wave oscillator. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V.
