摘要：
SnCl(4) catalyzed Claisen rearrangement of allyl aryl ethers followed by cyclization gives oxygen heterocyclic compounds. The antiinflammatory activity of the synthesized compounds was determined by rat paw edema method. Some of the compounds were found to be potent antiinflammatory agents.
