摘要
Vocational education is different from undergraduate education. It is more inclined to train students in professional skills, but there are some curriculum same with those of undergraduate. Higher education plays a very important role in the development of education in our country, as it culture a batch of technical personnel, who are more responsive for technical positions. However, due to management of some vocational school or students' ideological reasons, vocational students are prone to learning burnout, so that their achievement is getting worse with less professional skills, and thus they lost the high vocational education advantage. From the definition of learning burnout, this paper from both internal and external aspects analyzes the reasons of students producing burnout, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for these reasons.
