摘要
This paper presents the result of a multi-year effort to incorporate Internet of Things (IoT) into projects of the Information Technology senior capstone class at Brigham Young University. Over the past eight years, the instructors and department faculty sought out research collaborators and industry partners to create and design capstone projects that include IoT technology. Roughly one-third of the 58 projects since year 2010 can be considered IoT-enabled. A detailed analysis of these projects could give insights to simple and meaning ways for students to gain experience and skills in this emerging field.
