摘要
Spintronics has ushered in a new horizon in post CMOS nano-electronics. The merits of Spintronics convinced spintronic researchers to mould spin topology in single spin logic. Consequently, new Spintronic devices emerged. Now Spintronic research aims to mobilize single spin logic for commercial production. In this regard, here, the authors attempt to design an Equality Detector using single spin logic. Initially, the authors incorporated MATLAB based spintronics simulator platform which has been earlier designed by Gope.et.al., and has been reported in reputed scientific reports. Straight off, the simulated circuitry mimics conventional CMOS logic and therefore the authors here advocate the incorporation of spintronics in future commercial appliances. Needless to say, that the test-bench results are in good agreement with spin physics and comply with the paradigm of post CMOS nano-electronics.
