摘要
Facing the dangerous sources with high hazards in chemical parks, we calculate the values of individual hazards and social hazards as well as their distribution using local hazard quantitative evaluation to clarify the important hazard type and influential scope. According to the characteristics of comprehensive hazard superposition, and applying information techniques such as Cloud Platform, Internet of Things, GIS, we construct major hazard-source early-warning system based on a map with all the hazards in order to monitor the hazard indices with videos. The accidental influential situation is dynamically analysed using hazard project model. Emergency assistant decision-making system is established. Hazard visualization early-warning and scientific emergency processing are realized by presenting accidental information, hazard situation, emergency resources and assistant decision-making schemes visually
