CEMTECmultiscale®:: A new cement composite for building construction

摘要
A new cement composite, CEMTECmultiscale (R), has been developped and patented by the Laboratoire Central des Ponts et Chaussees (Paris, France). This new composite contains three steel fiber geometries with a total percentage of 11% per volume. In this paper are presented experimental results relative to the bending behavior of CEMTECmultiscale (R) when it is used in the "slab" part or the "rib" part of a ribbed slab. The average modulus of rupture obtained are very high They respectively reach: function << slab >>: 50 MPa; function << rib >>: 58 MPa.
